Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of Nyx Social Autopilot, operated by Teddy Ashmore, a Missouri sole proprietor doing business as Nyx Social Autopilot.

Service

Nyx is a creator-publishing service for preparing, scheduling, submitting, and tracking creator-selected content through supported third-party platform integrations. Features may differ by platform because each provider controls its own API, permissions, eligibility requirements, review status, and technical limitations.

Accounts and authorization

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Nyx account and for connecting only social accounts you are authorized to manage. You must not use Nyx to access or publish to accounts without permission.

Creator content

You retain responsibility for content you upload or publish through Nyx. By requesting publication, you represent that you have the rights and permissions required to upload, process, and distribute that content and that any platform-required disclosures you provide are accurate.

Connected platform terms

Your use of TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, or another connected provider remains subject to that provider's terms, policies, content rules, and developer/API limitations. Nyx cannot guarantee that a platform will accept, process, display, or continue supporting a publishing request.

Publishing choices

Nyx may save recurring defaults where supported. Some platforms require creator review of privacy choices, disclosures, confirmations, or other settings at the time of publishing. You are responsible for reviewing those choices before submission.

Subscriptions and access

The current Social Autopilot service is priced at $5 per month when paid subscription billing is active. Nyx may also grant complimentary, promotional, owner, partner, or other access entitlements. Access remains available while at least one valid entitlement applies to the account. Expiration or revocation of one entitlement does not cancel a separate valid entitlement.

Payments and cancellation

When payment processing is enabled, subscription charges, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment-method handling will be processed according to the checkout terms presented by Nyx and its payment provider. Nyx will not represent billing as active until that functionality is enabled.

Prohibited use

You may not use Nyx to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, evade platform safeguards, distribute malware, gain unauthorized access, misuse APIs, or interfere with the service.

Availability

Nyx may change, suspend, or remove functionality for maintenance, security, legal compliance, provider API changes, or platform-review requirements. Owner maintenance and publishing controls may temporarily pause application access or processing.

No guarantee of publication

Publishing can fail because of authorization expiration, connectivity, media requirements, platform policy, API limits, account eligibility, moderation, or other conditions outside Nyx's control. Queue/history/status features are intended to make these outcomes visible.

Termination

Nyx may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security concerns, nonpayment when paid billing is active, violation of these Terms, or legal/platform requirements. Users may stop using the service and disconnect connected accounts.

Disclaimer and limitation

Nyx is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, acceptance by third-party platforms, audience reach, engagement, or business results.

Changes

These Terms may be updated as the service evolves. The effective date above identifies the current version.
