Nyx Social Autopilot Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of Nyx Social Autopilot, a creator publishing workflow for preparing, scheduling, and submitting content through supported platform integrations.

Use of the service

You may use Nyx only with accounts and content you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for reviewing post information, destination-specific settings, disclosures, and other choices before requesting publication.

Connected platforms

Nyx integrates with third-party social platforms. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, policies, eligibility requirements, and technical limitations. Nyx does not control third-party platform availability or approval of submitted content.

Content and permissions

You retain responsibility for content you choose to publish. By requesting a publishing action, you represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to upload and distribute that content and that the information and disclosures you provide are accurate.

Prohibited use

You may not use Nyx to access accounts without authorization, evade platform safeguards, distribute unlawful content, infringe the rights of others, or misuse connected platform APIs.

Availability

Nyx may change as connected platforms update their APIs and policies. Features may be modified, suspended, or unavailable when required by technical, security, platform, or legal considerations.

No guarantee of publication

A publishing request may fail or be rejected because of connectivity, authorization, content requirements, platform policies, API limitations, or other factors outside Nyx's control. Nyx's queue and history features are intended to make those outcomes visible.

Termination

Access to Nyx may be discontinued for misuse, security concerns, violation of these Terms, or changes to service availability. Connected platform authorization can also be revoked independently through the relevant platform.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as the service evolves. The effective date above identifies the current version.
