Nyx Social Autopilot Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Nyx Social Autopilot handles information when a creator uses the service to connect supported social accounts and manage creator-initiated publishing workflows.

Information we process

Depending on the platform and permissions authorized by the creator, Nyx may process account identifiers and basic profile information, authorization credentials or tokens, selected video files and post metadata such as captions, hashtags, schedules, privacy choices and interaction settings, and publishing status or platform response information.

How information is used

Information is used to provide requested account connections, prepare and submit creator-authorized publishing requests, display connection and publishing status, maintain queue and post history information, and diagnose failures in the publishing workflow.

Platform authorization

Nyx accesses platform information only through permissions authorized through the applicable platform's authentication process. Creators can revoke platform access using the controls provided by that platform.

Sharing

Nyx sends content and required publishing information to a selected social platform when the creator requests or schedules that publishing action. Information is not sold to advertisers or data brokers.

Retention and security

Nyx retains information only as reasonably necessary to operate the creator's publishing workflow, maintain requested history, and troubleshoot service operation. Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect stored credentials and account information.

Your choices

Creators control which supported accounts they connect and what content they submit. Platform authorization may be revoked through the relevant platform. Locally retained Nyx publishing information can be removed through available product controls where provided.

Children

Nyx Social Autopilot is not directed to children under 13 and is intended for creators who are eligible to use the connected social platforms.

Changes

This policy may be updated as Nyx Social Autopilot's features or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
